Hidden evidence

This recent ban was quite worrying. The user was given a warning however the evidence is located within a restricted part of the site which can't be accessed. Many individuals have been given warnings on the NexusMods site unfairly. It's quite worrying to see that the evidence that was used to warrant the warning is unaccessible. How many other people have been banned or warned unfairly?

  1. I'm glad someone else caught onto this. At first I thought it was just my browser messing up, but then after a few refreshes, I stopped spamming my refresh button and started reading. I wonder if it's not only evidence he's hiding, but obvious screw ups that he doesn't want others seeing.

On the subject of screw ups... Look more at Thandall's bans. Those are a joke. One person was banned for deleting his save folder in the MyGames directory. He called them a pirate. I'm thinking that most of the Nexus moderators are kids with no administration backgrounds what so ever. When they put something it, it's not only NOT iron clad, but it also creates a bigger gap in the modding community.
